The tuition for the online 45-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Post-License course is $189.00.  Once you enroll in this course, you CANNOT receive a refund.  Course accessibility is good for one (1) year.
 
This online course requires no additional textbook material.  The text material may not be downloaded.  You may purchase a textbook for supplemental study material by calling the school at 239-498-6700.  The cost of the textbook is $45.00 plus $10.00 for shipping and handling.

Final Examination
 
• The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 75% or higher.
• The examination must be completed within a three (3) hour period.  This is the only part of the online 45-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Post-License course that is timed.  The rest of the course can be done at your own pace.
• If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait more than 30 days yet less than 1 year before you may attempt another examination.  You may continue to review the online course material during this time period.
• If you fail a second time, you must re-take the online 45-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Post-License course again and pay the full tuition of $189.00
 
SWITCHING TO THE CLASSROOM COURSE
 
If you feel it is overwhelming or do not like the online 45-Hour Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Post-License course you may enroll in any of our classroom courses for an additional fee of $100.
