Tuition & Customer Service
The tuition for the online 72-Hour Florida Real Estate Broker Pre-License course is $439.00. Once you enroll in this course, you CANNOT receive a refund. Course accessibility is good for one (1) year.
This online course requires no additional textbook material. The text material may not be downloaded. You may purchase a textbook for supplemental study material by calling the school at 239-498-6700. The cost of the textbook is $85.00 plus $10.00 for shipping and handling.

Final Examination
The state of Florida requires you to pass the end of course final examination with a passing grade of 70% or higher.
The examination must be completed within a three (3) hour period.
This is the only part of the online 72-Hour Florida Real Estate Broker Pre-License course that is timed. The rest of the course can be done at your own pace.
If you fail the end of course examination, you must wait more than 30 days yet less than 1 year before you may attempt another examination. You may continue to review the online course material during this time period.
If you fail a second time, you must re-take the online 72-Hour Florida Real Estate Broker Pre-License course again.
SWITCHING TO THE CLASSROOM COURSE
If you feel it is overwhelming or do not like the online 72-Hour Florida Real Estate Broker Pre-License course you may enroll in any of our classroom courses for an additional fee of $150.00.
